Your privacy
matters to us.

This Privacy Policy explains how Kwonsik Kim, operating as Fika Apps (“we”, “us”, or “our”), handles information when you use our apps and games, including Orb Sync, Mergrove and Moment Trader, or visit our website.

02 / INFORMATION WE HANDLE

Data stored on your device

Mergrove stores your game board, scores, settings, discovered collection items, and advertising-frequency records locally on your device. We do not operate a Fika Apps account system for the game.

Moment Trader stores your game progress, virtual asset balance, round history, settings, and reward inventory locally on your device. Optional Google Play Games Services or Apple Game Center sign-in shares leaderboard scores with the selected platform account. The game has no cash-out or real-money trading.

Orb Sync stores your stage progress, best times, stars, tutorial state, and game settings on your device. The current test build does not provide a Fika Apps account, ads, analytics, or cloud progress sync. Game data remains on your device unless you choose to share it through your device or platform.

Information processed by service providers

When enabled in the app, Firebase Analytics may process app-use activity, such as interactions and general usage information, to help us understand and improve the app. Firebase Crashlytics may process crash reports and diagnostic information, including device and app-state details, to help us investigate errors and improve stability.

Google Mobile Ads may process device identifiers, advertising and diagnostic information, and app-use information in order to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and support its advertising services.

03 / THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Services that help the app work

Orb Sync currently uses local device storage for gameplay progress and settings. It does not include Firebase, Google Mobile Ads, or Play Games Services in its current test build. If a later version adds platform game services, this policy and the applicable store data disclosures will be updated before that version is released.

We use Firebase Remote Config to retrieve operational settings, Firebase Analytics to measure app-use activity, and Firebase Crashlytics to identify and diagnose crashes. The game may use Google Mobile Ads and optional Apple Game Center or Google Play Games Services.

Firebase services are provided by Google. Please review the Firebase privacy information, Google Privacy Policy, Google advertising information, and Apple Privacy Policy.

04 / YOUR CHOICES

Advertising choices and consent

Where required by law, the game asks for your consent before requesting personalized advertising. You may decline personalized advertising without losing access to the core game.

You can review, withdraw, or change your advertising privacy choice through the app’s advertising privacy choices screen, where available. You may also control advertising identifiers or ad personalization through your device settings and the applicable advertising provider’s controls. The options available may vary by device, region, and provider.

05 / RETENTION AND DELETION

How information is kept

You can delete locally stored game data by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app, subject to your device settings. Information processed by Firebase, Google Mobile Ads, Apple Game Center, or Google Play Games Services is retained and deleted according to the relevant provider’s policies and controls.

Account-based data, including any Game Center or Google Play Games data, is managed by the relevant platform provider. Please use that provider’s account settings or privacy tools for requests concerning that data.
